The Qur'an Muslim app offers a comprehensive suite of features aimed at providing essential guidance for Muslims, aligning with the teachings of the Qur'an and As-Sunnah. It is designed with a user-friendly interface that facilitates easy navigation through its menus, all while maintaining a compact size relative to its extensive functionality.

This app is notably free of advertising and commercial intent, which enhances the overall user experience. The developers have expressed a commitment to keeping it accessible for all users without charges.

Currently in development, several features are being added to enhance accessibility, particularly for Indonesian speakers:

• Al-Qur'an Database from tanzil.net & qurandatabase.org
• Al-Qur'an Mushaf View with Tajwid powered by qurancordoba.com
• Indonesian translation sourced from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion, along with Latin and English translations
• Word-for-word translation in Indonesian
• Tafsir Al Jalalayn available for download in Indonesian
• Tafsir Al Muyassar available for download in Indonesian
• Features for Surah/Juz listing, bookmarking, and last-read tracking
• Murottal download manager with playback options from various reciters
• Automatic pausing and resuming of Murottal during phone calls or other audio output
• Muroja’ah options to facilitate memorization while listening to Murottal

Additional functionality includes:

• A thematic index of the Qur'an
• Advanced surah search and word translation capabilities
• Quick access to specific Surahs and verses
• A Mufradat Dictionary along with everyday Arabic vocabulary
• A prayer schedule featuring Adhan notifications tailored to each prayer time, enhanced by a Qibla direction compass
• An Islamic Hijriyyah calendar along with information on significant Islamic events
• Details on nearby mosques and halal dining options

The app further includes:

• A comprehensive collection of Hadith literature including Politikut Tis’ah
• Selected texts on Tafsir of the Qur'an and Hadith
• Tafsir Ibn Kathir available for download in Indonesian
• The Hisnul Muslim compilation by Sa'id bin Ali bin Wahf Al-Qahthani
• The Arba'in Hadith by Imam Nawawi
• Syarah & Translation of Riyadhus Shalihin by Imam An-Nawawi available for download
• Syarah & Translation of Bulughul Maram by Al-Hafizh Ibnu Hajar Al-Asqalani available for download
• A collection of morning and evening Dhikr according to As-Sunnah from trusted sources
• Reminder notifications for Dhikr readings, Surah Al-Kahf, and practices during Ramadan, among others
• An integrated feature for Asmaul Husna, study notes, free e-books, an active Muslim community platform, KhatamUlQur’an feature on screen unlock, and a prayer schedule widget for quick access from the home screen.

Required permissions include:

1. Location permission for calculating prayer schedules using GPS coordinates.
2. Storage permission to enable offline access to Qur'an databases and features.
3. Permission to display notifications over other applications.
4. Full network access necessary for downloading content such as Murottal and Adhan.
5. Accessing "do not disturb" settings to ensure smooth functioning of Adhan notifications during Doze Mode on Android Marshmallows or later versions.
6. Startup service permission allowing automatic execution of the prayer call upon device restart.
7. Bluetooth device pairing to manage volumes effectively when using headsets for audio playback.
